The purpose of this needs assessment is to document and prioritize needed services for Bryant Middle School. It addresses barriers to staying in school based on the Communities in Schools 5 BASICS, which are a set of essentials that every student needs to succeed in school and life. This survey will help the Site Coordinator understand the needs of your school and create a plan of support.
