Retrieving Your Parent Connect PIN or Password

To help you securely retrieve your Parent Connect credentials if you’ve forgotten your PIN or password, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the Parent Connect Portal:
   • Open your web browser and go to https://dearbornschools.org/parent-community-portal/.
2. Access Parent Connect:
   • Click on the “Parent Connect” link to reach the login page.
3. Select the Recovery Option:
   • For PIN retrieval:
     • Click on the “Forgot Your PIN” link.
   • For Password retrieval:
     • Click on the “Forgot Your Password” link.
4. Submit Your Email:
   • Enter your registered email address into the designated field.
   • Click the “Submit” button.
5. Check Your Email:
   • Check your email inbox for a message containing your PIN or Password.
