Dear 8th Grade Parents,
We are quickly approaching the end of the school year and are looking forward to celebrating with our 8th graders. This year, we have planned a drive through celebration to acknowledge them and celebrate their accomplishments over the past three years. The drive through event will take place at Bryant Middle School on Monday, June 14th from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
There will be a number of stations set up with items for our students (east parking lot). Bryant teachers and other staff members have signed up to greet students and hand out these items. The stations will be set up in the east parking lot next to the football field/track.

Parents should enter the school complex from Cherry Hill onto North Drexel (see map). North Drexel runs into the southside of the school. Parents will proceed around the east parking lot to pick up a number of keepsakes for the students. To help with the flow of traffic, we’d like students to participate during the following times:
- 6:00 – 6:30 p.m. Students with last name A – D
- 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. Students with last name E – L
- 7:00 – 7:30 p.m. Students with the last name M – Z
In addition, the PTA has arranged for a number of photo opportunities for the students on the westside of the school (Vernon Street). There will be a photobooth with a photographer who will take pictures of students and two additional lawn displays set up for students to take selfies or pictures using a personal device. Parents will need to park on the streets on the westside of the school and walk back to take these pictures. Each student must be chaperoned by a parent in order to participate in the photo opps on the front lawn.
Please be reminded that all participants must adhere to the Dearborn Schools Mitigation plan in order to keep everyone safe as we celebrate. As a quick reminder, everyone must:
- Observe 3 – 6 feet social distancing
- Masks must be worn by everyone while on school grounds
- Maintain proper hygiene
In addition to the keepsakes given to students during the drive through event, each student will be given a copy of the video recording of the 8th grade Honors Assembly that took place on Monday, June 7th. This will be shared with students and parents by email when the editing has been completed. This event highlights the accomplishments by students and showcases nine student reflection speeches. Thank you to Mr. Renko for coordinating this event.
To end the school year, we will honor our 8th graders by ‘clapping’ them out of the building. This will take place during dismissal on Thursday and Friday of the last week of school for students who are attending school in-person. All 8th graders should wear the Bryant shirt given to them during the drive through celebration on Monday for their last day of in-person school (June 17 or 18).

أعزائي أولياء أمور طلاب الصف الثامن ،
نقترب بسرعة من نهاية العام الدراسي ونتطلع إلى الاحتفال مع طلاب الصف الثامن بإتمامهم مرحلة تعليمية أخرى. خططنا هذا العام للاحتفال بتقديرهم والاحتفاء بإنجازاتهم على مدى السنوات الثلاث الماضية عبر القيام بمسيرة سيارات. يقام الحدث في مدرسة براينت الإعدادية يوم الاثنين ١٤ حزيران/ يونيو من الساعة .. :٦ حتى٣٠ : ٧ مساءاً.
سوف نقوم بإعداد عدد من المحطات فيها بعض المواد المقدمة لطلابنا في (الموقف الشرقي). قام معلمو براينت والموظفون الآخرون بالتسجيل لتحية الطلاب وتسليم هذه العناصر. سيتم إنشاء المحطات في الموقف الشرقي بجوار ملعب كرة القدم / مضمار الجري.

يجب على الآباء دخول المجمع المدرسي من شارع شيري هيل إلى شمال دركسل (انظر الخريطة). يمتد شمال دركسل إلى الجانب الجنوبي من المدرسة. سيتجول أولياء الأمور حول موقف السيارات الشرقي لالتقاط عدد من التذكارات للطلاب. للمساعدة في تدفق حركة المرور ، نود أن يشارك الطلاب خلال الأوقات التالية:
● ٠٠ : ٦ – ٣٠ : ٦ مساءً الطلاب الذين تبدأ أسماؤهم الأخيرة بالاحرف من A-D
● ٣٠: ٦ – ٠٠ : ٧ مساءً الطلاب الذين تبدأ أسماؤهم الأخيرة بالاحرف E – L

بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، رتبت لجنة الأهالي/ PTA عددًا من فرص التقاط الصور للطلاب على الجانب الغربي من المدرسة (شارع فيرنون). سيكون هناك منصة للتصوير مع مصور يلتقط صورًا للطلاب وشاشتين إضافيتين في الحديقة معدة للطلاب لالتقاط صور سيلفي أو صور باستخدام جهاز شخصي. يحتاج الآباء إلى الوقوف في الشوارع على الجانب الغربي من المدرسة والعودة سيرًا على الأقدام لالتقاط هذه الصور. يجب أن يرافق كل طالب أحد الوالدين من أجل المشاركة في التقاط الصور في الحديقة الأمامية.

لإنهاء العام الدراسي ، سنكرم طلاب الصف الثامن من خلال “التصفيق” لهم خارج المبنى و ذلك خلال فترة الانصراف يومي الخميس والجمعة من الأسبوع الأخير من المدرسة للطلاب الذين يحضرون المدرسة شخصيًا. يجب على جميع طلاب الصف الثامن ارتداء قمصان براينت التي سيتم توزيعها عليهم خلال الاحتفال يوم الاثنين لغاية اليوم الدراسي الأخير (١٧ أو ١٨ حزيران /يونيو).
