We will continue to offer students the opportunity to meet with teachers using Zoom video conferencing through Schoology on Thursday, September 3rd. There is still much to learn; thank you for your patience as we work through the growing pains. If you are experiencing any trouble getting into the Zoom conference, please email your child’s teacher. Since this is an ‘B’ day, students will meet with their ‘B’ day teachers.
6th graders will meet with teachers at the following times:
- Advisory @ 8:15 a.m.
- Block I @ 8:32 a.m.
- Block II @ 9:16 a.m.
- Block III @ 10:00 a.m.
- Elective @ 10:48 a.m. (PE or Other Elective)
7th graders will meet with teachers at the following times:
- Advisory @ 8:15 a.m.
- 1st hour @ 8:33 a.m.
- 2nd hour @ 9:00 a.m.
- 3rd hour @ 9:27 a.m. (7th grade – Band/Orchestra or PE)
- 4th hour @ 9:54 a.m.
- 5th hour @ 10:21 a.m.
- 6th hour @ 10:48 a.m.
8th grade students will come to the school to pick up materials. We will be using a drive thru format to hand out materials to students. When approaching the building, please drive North on N. Drexel and turn right into the parking lot (stay in your vehicle). Staff will be present to assist you (door #18). We can also accommodate those who walk up to the school.
If your child is not picking up materials, they will meet with teachers using Zoom through Schoology. If your child’s teacher is not available to meet, please complete the asynchronous assignment posted in Schoology.
Finally, the Food Service Department at Bryant will be distributing food to families in the community (10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). Therefore, there could be additional traffic in and out of the Bryant parking lot. Please be patient with us as we distribute school materials to students and as we provide food for any family member in our surrounding community.
