This past Saturday, February 11, Bryant hosted a Mathcounts Chapter Competition. Other teams participating were Divine Child and Sacred Heart.
Eight students from Bryant participated – 8th graders Adam Bazzi, Andrew Brown, Almunthir Elhady, and Caden Montierth; 7th grader Afif Jawad; 6th graders Jack Fazio, Hadi Harb, and Yasmeen Hazamy.
The Bryant Team of Brown, Elhady, Jawad, and Montierth won the competition and will compete March 11 in the State Competition in Warren. Andrew Brown was the Individual Winner.
Thanks to all parents and administrators who stopped by to cheer on these competitors. Kudos, also, to the custodial staff for all their hard work to make this event happen.
