Reflections was a success!

First:  A huge “thank-you” to our Bryant PTSA.  This PTSA is a talented, caring, group of parents and staff who contribute paramount dedication and commitment to our Bryant students and school facility.  Without our Bryant PTSA the Bryant Reflections program would not have occurred.  Please consider dropping by a PTSA meeting next school year if you haven’t already.

Thank you to Ms. Thornton for all of her efforts.  She presented to the students to get them excited, planned the celebration and organized the collection and return of the student work.

About 40 Bryant students attended the Dearborn Reflections ceremony held at Edsel Ford High School on May 3rd.  Bryant PTSA provided recognition for all participants.  It was a tough competition because these students produced amazing work in the arts categories.  Of 131 total entries, 11 Bryant student’s work was submitted to the Michigan Reflections competition.  Our goal is to double the amount of participants next year.

For the 11 Bryant winners, the Bryant PTSA sponsored 2 special art events.  1) A glass coin making event at Furnace Design Studio which took place on April 13th and 2) A field trip to CCS to take place on May 20th.  .

The 11 winners from Bryant were:
